Database Marketing Campaign Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Database Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering targeted marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to improve campaign performance and customer insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the contact strategy and develop customer-centric campaigns.
- Optimize ROI of campaigns using available targeting and segmentation tools.
- Manage data requests for research and service purposes, ensuring data quality and compliance.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, communicating results openly and honestly.
- Own the direct response campaign activity for specific stakeholder areas, identifying process efficiencies and implementing best practices.
- Proactively identify enhancements to Bupa's database, data, and models, ensuring all communications comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience in delivering marketing campaigns in a data environment.
- Experience with Adobe Campaign or similar campaign management systems.
- Understanding of databases, with direct experience of query tools, SQL, SAS within a marketing context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Credible, influential communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
