Database Marketing Campaign Manager

We are seeking a skilled Database Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for building and delivering targeted marketing activity, managing the end-to-end data process from database selections and data extraction to campaign evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective new sales and marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the Senior Campaign Analyst and stakeholders to shape the contact strategy, creating customer-centric campaigns that meet business objectives.
- Improve ROI of campaigns using available targeting and segmentation tools to best effect.
- Manage data requests for research and service purposes, ensuring data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement best practice Campaign Management processes in Database Marketing, ensuring all data provided is fit for purpose and accurate.
- Proactively identify enhancements to Bupa's database, data, and models, driving continuous improvement.
- Identify data quality issues, liaise with owners across the business to address these, and monitor delivery of improvements.
- Proven commercial experience of delivering marketing campaigns in a data environment.
- Experience with Adobe Campaign or similar campaign management system.
- Understanding of databases, with direct experience of query tools, SQL, SAS within a marketing context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and strategic recommendations to wide-ranging audiences.
- Credible, influential communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
- A collaborative team worker, able to show initiative when working as an individual.
