About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Experience and Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Lawton Senior Living. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in enhancing the client onboarding experience and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of client data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and control at all stages of the client onboarding journey, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain control of client static data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
  • Identify and specify improvements to work areas, both procedural and IT-based, and work with project resources to implement these changes.
  • Manage projects as required, focusing on data cleansing and process improvement initiatives.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to junior team members and wider business stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
  • Sound technical knowledge and experience in client take-on for Private Clients, Private Client structures, and Charities, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience onboarding into a Financial Planning environment is advantageous.
  • A working understanding of Anti Money-Laundering and compliance requirements.
  • Awareness of global tax reporting standards, including CRS and FATCA.
  • Understanding of US QI Regulations and other relevant regulations.
  • High standard of computer literacy to support development and maintenance of onboarding workflow tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and staff at all levels.
