As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by delivering exceptional learning experiences that inspire and empower individuals.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver and organize training, assessments, workshops, and blended learning activities
  • Manage learner records and build positive relationships with learners and employers
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Develop others and work on own initiative

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within a Health & Social care sector for Children
  • Good level of IT, literacy, and numeracy skills
  • Ability to develop others
  • Proven track record of meeting targets
  • Team player with ability to work on own initiative
  • To uphold ACT values
  • Hold a full valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
