Childrens Single Point of Referral Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Supervisor to join our Childrens Single Point of Referral team as a Supervisory Coordinator. This is a fixed-term contract or secondment opportunity.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive and proactive support to the Admin Team Lead in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Childrens Single Point of Referral Office. This includes:
- Managing administrative and clerical duties, prioritizing tasks, and allocating work to the team.
- Supervising staff, including staff induction, training, and performance management.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, relatives, carers, and professionals.
- Providing guidance and advice on complex referrals, complaints, and queries.
- Ensuring robust systems are in place for effective communication within the team and regular updates on service changes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in administrative and supervisory roles, preferably in the NHS.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of computerized patient administration systems, including SystmOne.
- Ability to analyze performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
