About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Victim Support as a Case Manager in our Norfolk office. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support services to vulnerable victims of complex crimes.

You will be the single point of contact for victims throughout the criminal justice and recovery process, delivering support and interventions where required, and acting as an advocate on their behalf.

We are looking for someone with experience of delivering high-quality services to vulnerable victims of crime, a good knowledge of the Criminal Justice System, and strong communication and listening skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support services to vulnerable victims of complex crimes
  • Act as the single point of contact for victims throughout the criminal justice and recovery process
  • Deliver support and interventions where required, and act as an advocate on behalf of the victim
  • Work effectively with external agencies to coordinate support services
