At the East of England Ambulance Service, we are seeking an experienced ER Case Manager to join our talented team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work within our HR department, specifically under the Employee Relations team, where you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Trust's employee relations casework and team.

As an ER Case Manager, you will ensure that case work is carried out in a timely, effective, and efficient way, in accordance with EEAST policies and procedures, current legislation, and best practice. You will also support the Head of ER in delivering a fully comprehensive, high-quality, and timely Employee Relations Service to the Trust.

This role involves liaising with multiple colleagues at different levels to gather various information, working with ER information systems, and undertaking some line management responsibilities. You will strive to continuously improve ER services and report on activity and performance data.
