Onboard Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Onboard Assistant Service Manager. As a key member of our onboard team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our passengers have a memorable experience on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and motivate the onboard team to achieve exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to the development of new service initiatives and processes
