Customer Service Excellence on Board

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Onboard Service Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service on board our trains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and motivate a team of onboard staff to deliver high-quality service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
