We are a leading full-service health law firm following the recent combination of Claro, a leading health law firm in New Zealand, and Dentons.


Our Litigation – Health team works across Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch offices, providing advice to guide and protect clients across the health sector.


We advise on medical practice acquisitions, ensure compliance, and navigate the complexities of clinical trials.

About You


We are seeking an experienced Litigation – Health professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join our team in either Wellington, Auckland, or Christchurch.


You may have exposure to health litigation in private practice or work for a public sector organization.

  • Litigation before courts and tribunals
  • Mediation
  • Conducting investigations
  • Providing sound strategic advice
