Job Title: Litigation Associate/Senior Associate
Location: Canterbury or Margate
Overview:
Our client, a leading Legal 500 regional firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation all-rounder to join a respected Litigation team. The successful candidate will have experience across both civil and commercial litigation and will manage a busy caseload while supporting junior team members.
- Managing a mixed caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, including employment, property law, probate, and boundary disputes.
- Frequently issuing court proceedings and attending court.
- Assisting with the investigation and litigation of complex cases.
- Drafting court documents, witness statements, and instructions to experts.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- 3+ years PQE.
- Ideal experience across both commercial and civil litigation.
- Excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially astute and technically strong.
