We are seeking a highly skilled Budgeting and Forecasting Expert to join our Global PGM Finance Department in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in budgeting and forecasting, with a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis principles.
About the RoleThis is a key position that requires a talented individual to deliver accurate financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for the PGM, supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality data inputs for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and business simulations during strategy weeks, particularly for the Europe region.
The Budgeting and Forecasting Expert will execute PROF reconciliations and journal entry uploads accurately for the Europe region, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Additionally, this role will involve taking full responsibility for SAR/Managed Expenses reporting for the EMEIA region, ensuring precise financial tracking and reporting.
This role requires collaboration with assigned verticals, delivering insightful analysis and supporting demand reviews, forecasts, and financial strategies, mainly focusing on the Greater Europe region. The successful candidate will also assist with Power BI reporting for P&Ls, cost measures, and KPIs, and provide necessary data for DAV plant audits, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimal relevant professional work experience in the field of study
Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a comprehensive compensation package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
