We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Administrator to join our Admin team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy sales office.

You will work closely with our experienced team to provide exceptional support services, including administrative tasks, data entry, and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Assist with organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support the team with basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Perform data entry and update our CRM system.

About You:

  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You possess outstanding verbal communication abilities, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • You are a problem-solver with attention to detail, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have basic typing and computer skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • You are able to work well in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.

What We Offer:
