- Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and organising documents
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings

- Proficient in data entry and possess strong attention to detail
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software ideal but not essential.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft office
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain a tidy and efficient office environment
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
