Business Operations Coordinator

At Austin Fraser, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our business activities across all functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that all legislative requirements are up-to-date.
The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access. Experience with routine accounting tasks such as petty cash, credit card reconciliation, and new customer credit checks is also essential.
We offer a generous quarterly company bonus after six months, free parking, and encouragement and support for training. The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
About the Role- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with contractors.
- Ensure all legislative requirements are up-to-date.
- Support colleagues with travel arrangements, meetings, and mail-merges.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
