Job Title: Business Operations Assistant

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of Austin Fraser in Great Yarmouth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raising purchase orders and managing office supplies.
  • Liaising with contractors and maintaining relationships.
  • Maintaining accurate records and arranging training courses.
  • Keeping company information up-to-date, including contact lists and out-of-office notifications.
  • Maintaining filing systems and archiving documents.
  • Managing customer, fleet, and training records using Microsoft Access.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, including insurance policies.
  • Providing administrative support to colleagues, including travel arrangements and mail-merges.
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience with routine accounting tasks such as petty cash, credit card reconciliation, and new customer checks.

The estimated salary for this position is £29,500 - £31,000 per annum. This is a full-time role based in Great Yarmouth.
