Senior Consultant – Shared Service Consulting / Global Business Services

Praise Consultancy Limited is seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to join our Transformation Consulting Practice, focusing on global business services. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the firm's growth and development by maintaining and growing client relationships, directing consultant and client project teams, and driving transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of finance processes and GBS operating models.
  • Lead full-time project management and prioritize initiatives into a roadmap.
  • Effectively manage aspects of the Client Service Cycle, including proposal, initiation, delivery, and close.
  • Support team performance and execute on defined development plans to achieve personal development goals.
  • Grow and develop the Practice through revenue creation in Global Business Services and Shared Service.

Requirements:

  • Transformation Senior Consultant experience with clients in Global Enterprise Business Service transformations.
  • 3+ years in major Global Business Service / Shared Service, including 5+ years in consultancy in a consulting firm or Professional Services organization in a leadership role.

Key Skills and Knowledge:

  • Global / Enterprise Services, Shared Service sector, and clients.
  • Large-scale business Shared Service at C-suite level.
  • Subject matter expertise in areas such as Digital, HR, Finance, and IT.
