Consultant – Benchmarking Transformation

Join Praise Consultancy Limited as a Consultant in our Benchmarking Transformation team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our clients through complex performance improvement projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting project planning activities with client teams
  • Delivering training to client resources on benchmarking methodology
  • Facilitating and supporting the client as they collect performance data
  • Validating data and seeking sign-off from the client on its accuracy
  • Supporting senior colleagues in the creation and development of client project deliverables
  • Interacting with senior client executives

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in performance management and strategy for business and support functions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and activities across multiple, simultaneous projects
  • A high degree of professionalism and ability to interact and engage clients, ranging from administrative resources through to C-Level executives
  • Strong analytical skills, especially relating to the ability to collate large amounts of data and then identify and concisely communicate insights gained from this information
  • The ability to work independently without close supervision as well as in small teams of professionals across all of the lines of business
  • Trustworthiness and personal integrity when accessing confidential and client data and information which is commercially sensitive
  • Numerical literacy, strong MS Office skills and an eye for detail
