Transformation Manager – GBS Transformation

Praise Consultancy Limited is seeking a seasoned Transformation Manager to join their Financial Transformation Practice in the UK.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading GBS transformation initiatives, working closely with C-suite executives and GBS/SSC leadership teams to design and implement change programs that deliver world-class performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and growing client relationships through delivery excellence
  • Identifying and selling on opportunities at existing clients
  • Leading project workstream teams from planning through to execution
  • Change management experience
  • Ability to work under own initiative

Requirements:

  • 5 years in major Financial Transformation, including 5 years in consultancy in a consulting firm or Professional Services organisation in a leadership role
  • Viewed as knowledgeable in Global Business Services and Shared Services
  • Working knowledge of HR and IT processes
  • Finance systems deployment experience
  • Awareness/knowledge of current and emerging market trends
