Senior Manager – IT Outsourcing Business Transformation

Praise Consultancy Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our European Business Process and Information Technology Outsourcing (BPO/ITO) Practice in the UK.

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of outsourcing contracts, best practices, and the process for negotiating sourcing agreements. They will also possess knowledge of how IT services sourcing and operating models adapt to recent technology changes, such as Cloud, DevOps, Agile, or Automation.

The successful candidate will be able to think logically, be detail-oriented, and apply problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes. They will also have the ability to confidently interact with senior internal and client stakeholders, and possess a strong understanding of Global Business Services / Outsourcing and Professional Services environments.

A combination of remote and on-site working is anticipated, with flexibility to travel to client locations (UK and international) required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of outsourcing programs
  • Manage relationships with senior internal and client stakeholders
  • Design and negotiate sourcing agreements
  • Drive business outcomes through effective problem-solving and logical thinking
