Senior Manager – GBS HR Transformation Consulting

Praise Consultancy Limited is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to join our GBS HR Transformation Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact HR transformation projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement HR operating models to drive business performance
  • Develop and execute transformation strategies to improve HR processes and efficiency
  • Lead consulting project teams to deliver client projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR transformation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR transformation consulting
  • Strong understanding of HR operating models and processes
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to work with clients to identify and implement solutions
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Service NOW
  • Knowledge of benchmarking practices and capability maturity assessments
  • Understanding of business-wide organizational change approach and best practices
