Senior Manager – GBS HR Transformation Consulting

Praise Consultancy Limited is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our GBS HR Transformation Consulting practice in the UK.

Our client is a leading strategic consultancy and enterprise consulting firm working with global companies. They are now strengthening and building their Benchmarking capability in the UK and across Europe.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR operating models, organizational design, and talent management. They will be responsible for designing and implementing benchmarking engagements and transformation programs to deliver World-Class performance.

The Senior Manager will work closely with C-suite executives and SSC leadership teams to identify and implement proven best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. They will use their expertise in HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of HR processes and be viewed as an expert in HR operating models, organizational design, and talent management. They will also have good knowledge of benchmarking practices and capability maturity assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and growing client relationships through delivery excellence
  • Directing and leading consulting project teams from planning through to execution
  • Possessing strong management and leadership skills
  • Cross-sector/capability awareness
  • UK, International, and Global clients

Technical requirements include:

  • Viewed as an expert in HR operating models, organizational design, and talent management
  • Viewed as an expert in HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management
  • Solid understanding of HR processes
  • Good knowledge of benchmarking practices and capability maturity assessments
  • Broader business-wide organizational change approach and best practices
  • Good knowledge of current and emerging market trends

Language requirements: Fluency in English
