Praise Consultancy Limited is seeking a seasoned Senior Consulting Manager to join our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Transformation Practice.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead our EPM Transformation Practice, providing strategic guidance and expertise to clients in the UK and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Lead large-scale EPM Transformation projects, driving business growth and improvement through strategic solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and delivering exceptional results.
- Contribute to the development of our EPM Transformation Practice, driving revenue growth and market leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement EPM solutions, leveraging expertise in business transformation, finance, and technology.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our practice.
- 7+ years of experience in major EPM Transformation, including 8-12 years in consultancy or professional services in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale EPM Transformation projects, driving business growth and improvement.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of EPM tools and technologies, including Hyperion, Oracle, and SAP.
