EPM Transformation Lead

Praise Consultancy Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our EPM Transformation Practice in the UK and Europe.
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for delivering EPM process transformation and system implementations to global companies, working closely with C-suite executives and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute EPM transformation strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
- Lead consulting project teams from planning to execution, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through strong proposal development support and change management expertise.
- Grow and develop the EPM Transformation Practice through revenue creation and relationship building.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in major EPM Transformation, including 10+ years in selling and delivery consultancy in a leadership role.
- Subject matter expertise in EPM Transformation and Financial Systems.
- Proven track record of delivering EPM solutions and EPM Service Delivery Models.
