Job Title: Head of Outsourced Finance Services

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Outsourced Finance Services to join our team at PBR Executive Search Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our outsourced finance services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of outsourced finance services, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and working closely with them to deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our outsourced finance services.
  • Compliance and Risk: Ensure that all outsourced finance services are delivered in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, and that all risks are identified and mitigated.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled finance professional with a strong track record of leadership and management. You will have a minimum of 12 months experience in heading a department or a number of service lines for a practice, and be qualified with ACCA/ACA. You will also have proficiency in Xero, CCH, and Advanced Excel, and experience with D2C integration and inventory management integration software.
