Job Title: Head of Outsourced Finance Services

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Outsourced Finance Services to join our team at PBR Executive Search Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our outsourced finance team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the outsourced finance team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional results.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that our services meet their requirements.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outsourced finance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the outsourced finance team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Team Development: Identify and develop the skills and capabilities of team members, ensuring they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
  • Business Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for business improvement, identifying areas for growth and implementing initiatives to drive success.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in finance and leadership. You will have a minimum of 12 months experience in heading a department or a number of service lines for a practice, and be ACCA/ACA qualified. You will also have proficiency in Xero, CCH, and Advanced Excel, as well as experience with D2C integration and inventory management integration software.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 12 months experience in heading a department or a number of service lines for a practice.
  • Qualifications: ACCA/ACA qualified.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Xero, CCH, and Advanced Excel, as well as experience with D2C integration and inventory management integration software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support the team.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
