About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Outsourced Finance Services team at TC Group. As Head of Finance Operations, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and prioritizing the use of resources within the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the use of resources within the team to meet client deadlines and targets
  • Agree monthly completion targets and annual development plans with team members
  • Produce management accounts for clients and undertake project work to review client systems and processes
  • Provide a bookkeeping, payroll, and VAT return service for clients
  • Manage and develop the team in terms of workflows, operational planning, and allocation of assignments

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 12 months experience in heading a department or service lines for a practice. You should be ACCA/ACA qualified and proficient in Xero, CCH, and Advanced Excel. Experience with D2C integration and inventory management integration software is also desirable.
