Job Title: Head of Outsourced Finance Services

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Outsourced Finance Services to join our team at PBR Executive Search Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our outsourced finance services, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of outsourced finance services, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure that all services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our outsourced finance services.
  • Compliance and Risk: Ensure that all outsourced finance services are delivered in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, minimizing risk and ensuring the integrity of our services.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled finance professional with a strong track record of leadership and management. You will have a minimum of 12 months experience in heading a department or a number of service lines for a practice, and be ACCA/ACA qualified. You will also have proficiency in Xero, CCH, and Advanced Excel, as well as experience with D2C integration and inventory management integration software.

  • Able to lead by example and inspire the team to deliver a high level of client service at all times
  • Keen to develop and grow and others in the team
  • Must have own transport as our office is difficult to get to by public transport
