About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Outsourced Finance Services to join our team at TC Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading our outsourced finance services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our outsourced finance services strategy
  • Manage a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality financial services to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards
  • Monitor and report on financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a top 25 accountancy firm
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £37,500 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 5 days)
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home
