The successful candidate will work closely with a specialist SEN Teacher and a second SEN Teaching Assistant, providing 1:1 support to students with complex needs, learning disabilities, and SEMH needs. The ideal candidate will have emotional intelligence, a genuine interest in seeing pupils succeed, and the ability to work under their own initiative.

This position offers a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role within the school. As a valued member of the team, you will develop an understanding of additional needs and how to support children facing challenges while in education.
