We are collaborating with a remarkable school in Reading that provides high-quality, personalized support for children aged 5 to 18 with Special Educational Needs (SEN). As an Autism Specialist, you will work closely with experienced SEN practitioners and psychologists to provide individualized support for students.


  • Work collaboratively with external professionals, including psychologists, to deliver tailored support for students with complex needs.
  • Support students in developing emotional regulation, social skills, and resilience to help them thrive in their educational environment.
  • Provide assistance to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, promoting their overall well-being and academic success.
  • Exhibit a strong interest in working with children or in the SEN field, demonstrating a keen passion for Psychology and its applications.
  • Maintain a positive, calm, and proactive approach, showcasing your enthusiasm for supporting students with diverse needs.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for graduates to gain valuable experience in an educational setting, enhancing their future careers in Psychology, Mental Health, or Education. While prior experience is not required, qualifications such as a degree or Level 3 certification are advantageous.
