Job Description:
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include working closely with teachers to support students with SEN, providing one-on-one or small group support during lessons, and assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need experience working with children with special educational needs, strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students. Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
