**Job Title:** Special Educational Needs Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Educator to join our team at Teach and Connect Ltd. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to our students with special educational needs.

**Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the learning and development of primary-aged children with special educational needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students and their families.

**Requirements:

  • Qualifications or experience in a related field (e.g., special educational needs, teaching assistant).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality education and care.

**Salary:** £32,000 - £40,000 per annum.
