About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our Trade Branch Network team at Eurocell Plc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing team absences and deployment, supporting training and maintaining training records for Branch staff, and driving sales and maximising margins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage team absences and deployment to ensure seamless branch operations
  • Support training and maintain training records for Branch staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Drive sales and maximise margins through effective commercial strategies and customer engagement
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve business targets and improve branch performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall branch efficiency
