Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Summary:

Stannah, a leading manufacturer and engineering company, is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee our operations and drive excellence in service management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to ensure optimal performance and development, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving profitability through effective budget management and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Develop and implement a long-term sustainable growth strategy for the Branch.
  • Oversee service provision, including maintenance, repairs, and installations, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Manage budgets and make strategic decisions to drive profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in service management within a comparable industry, ideally lift industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strategic business outlook for service in the Lift industry with knowledge of our chosen markets an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial acumen in managing B2B and B2C relationships.
  • Relevant business or management qualification.
