Job Title: Branch Manager
Job Summary:
Stannah, a leading manufacturer and engineering company, is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee our operations and uphold our commitment to safety and service excellence in our well-established Gateshead Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated team to ensure optimal performance and development.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring service meets their needs and expectations.
- Drive profitability through effective budget management and strategic decision-making.
- Oversee service provision, including maintenance, repairs, and installations, adhering to company standards and policies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in service management within a comparable industry, ideally lift industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Commercial acumen in managing B2B and B2C relationships.
- Relevant business or management qualification.
