Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Gateshead Branch and drive excellence in service management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the branch's operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery, health & safety, customer care, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dedicated team to ensure optimal performance and development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring service meets their needs and expectations.
  • Drive profitability through effective budget management and strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee service provision, including maintenance, repairs, and installations, adhering to company standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in service management within a comparable industry, ideally lift industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Commercial acumen in managing B2B and B2C relationships.
  • Relevant business or management qualification.
