Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in the Gateshead Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving service excellence, managing a team of professionals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the branch's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of lifts, stairlifts, and other equipment, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in service management, preferably in the lift industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strategic business acumen, with knowledge of the lift industry and its markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial acumen, with experience in managing B2B and B2C relationships.
  • Relevant business or management qualification.
