Asphalt Business Development Manager

Job Description:We are seeking a focused and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our Asphalt business to cover the Yorkshire region. You will bring a passion for identifying and cultivating business opportunities for our Asphalt plants by developing relationships with both new and existing customers.
This role involves developing and nurturing business relationships with accounts, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and targets. You will also focus on generating high-value sales to new customers across the territory.
Responsibilities:- Expand and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Monitor and manage market share performance in line with agreed expectations.
- Analyse won and lost work to inform future sales strategies.
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000, plus bonus, 25 days holiday + local bank holidays, and other benefits that recognise the contribution you bring.
