Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Northern Europe portfolio, ensuring seamless day-to-day building operations.
- Manage third-party contracts, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee capital and expense projects, driving strategic planning and execution.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize facility management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve facility-related issues.
- English fluency, including reading, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership experience in facility management, with a focus on third-party O&M providers.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a focus on cost savings.
- Experience in financial management, with a focus on budgeting and forecasting.
- Facility/Project Management certification and Advanced Engineering degree preferred.
Requires in-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial terms, and principles. Prepares complex financial/business analysis, with a focus on developing innovative solutions. Develops and implements policies and procedures, with a focus on expert-level analytical and quantitative skills.
Scope of Responsibility:Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve complex results. Responsible for setting project, department, and/or division deadlines, with a focus on achieving long-term impact to the company.
