We're looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our dealership team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their automotive needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their automotive needs
  • Provide information on pricing, financing options, and dealership promotions
  • Follow up with potential customers via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current automotive inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process

Requirements:

  • Proven minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of automotive technology, features, and specifications
  • Additional education or training in sales or automotive
