Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Charge Accountant to join our team. As a Service Charge Accountant, you will contribute to our vision of being the leading residential property manager by delivering accurate financial statements and records to the new incoming agent.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver Accounts
    • Deliver accounts for the closing period to the new agent
    • Arrange interim payment to the new agent
    • Arrange final payment to the new agent
    • Arrange age of debt report, creditors report, and any other relevant report to the new incoming agent
  • Accounting Process Management
    • Carry out the necessary transactions to ensure a smooth accounting process for the closing accounts
    • Resolve issues on the closing financial reconciliation and ensure a quality service is provided to customers/clients
  • Productivity Metrics and Team Contribution
    • Deliver department productivity metrics and contribute to the team and organizational goals
    • Take full responsibility for your own development and contribute positively and effectively to the team through creative ideas, tested processes, or feedback from colleagues/external parties.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is currently studying towards a professional accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, or CIMA) and has a minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting environment. You should have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth accounting process for your team.
