Project Delivery Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bridge Engineer to join our Bridges team as a Project Delivery Expert. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will enable you to manage project inputs, develop quality procedures, and maintain client relationships. You will work closely with our team to ensure the successful delivery of projects and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements, part-time and full-time options, and a generous holiday entitlement. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Manage project inputs, including document preparation, drawing checks, and supervising CAD technicians
  • Develop and implement quality procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met

Requirements
  • BSc or MEng in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in bridge design, maintenance, and assessment
  • Practical knowledge of LUSAS, Superstress, and SAM software packages
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
