HR Administrator
Cleckheaton / Skipton
Salary: £22k FTE + Benefits
25 hours per week over 5 days
Purpose of role:
Deliver effective HR administration across both Health Innovations and Vitrition, supporting all staff with the full employee life cycle from recruitment and onboarding to the leaver process and everything in between. Collaborate with a Senior HR Consultant to help drive the People Strategy across both companies.
- Update policies and procedures as needed
- Handle first-line queries from management and staff
- Process leavers
- Administer the holiday software system, Action Time Connected
- Prepare letters for disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters. Take notes when necessary
- Complete necessary administration for payroll
- Support the implementation of the reward strategy
- Support the implementation of the wellbeing strategy
- Assist with the employee satisfaction survey
- Work closely with the H&S Coordinator, coordinating training and occupational health
- Post job adverts and manage applications and coordinate interviews as needed
- Coordinate the appointment process for successful applicants
- Support managers to manage a probation plan for each new employee
- Create and implement an induction for all employees
- Administer offer letters
- Administer contracts to new employees
- Ensure the employee handbook is up to date and accessible to all staff
- Issue contract change letters
- Provide reports on HR metrics as required
- Update HR records as required
- Support the quarterly newsletter
- Maintain electronic and paper files
- Provide information to support ethical audits
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Experience in a SME environment
- CIPD Level 3 desirable
- Valid UK Licence
- Ability to work across both sites (Skipton and Cleckheaton)
