HR Administrator
Cleckheaton / Skipton
Salary: £22k FTE + Benefits
25 hours per week over 5 days

Purpose of role:
Deliver effective HR administration across both Health Innovations and Vitrition, supporting all staff with the full employee life cycle from recruitment and onboarding to the leaver process and everything in between. Collaborate with a Senior HR Consultant to help drive the People Strategy across both companies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Update policies and procedures as needed
  2. Handle first-line queries from management and staff
  3. Process leavers
  4. Administer the holiday software system, Action Time Connected
  5. Prepare letters for disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters. Take notes when necessary
  6. Complete necessary administration for payroll
  7. Support the implementation of the reward strategy
  8. Support the implementation of the wellbeing strategy
  9. Assist with the employee satisfaction survey
  10. Work closely with the H&S Coordinator, coordinating training and occupational health
  11. Post job adverts and manage applications and coordinate interviews as needed
  12. Coordinate the appointment process for successful applicants
  13. Support managers to manage a probation plan for each new employee
  14. Create and implement an induction for all employees
  15. Administer offer letters
  16. Administer contracts to new employees
  17. Ensure the employee handbook is up to date and accessible to all staff
  18. Issue contract change letters
  19. Provide reports on HR metrics as required
  20. Update HR records as required
  21. Support the quarterly newsletter
  22. Maintain electronic and paper files
  23. Provide information to support ethical audits
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  2. Experience in a SME environment
  3. CIPD Level 3 desirable
  4. Valid UK Licence
  5. Ability to work across both sites (Skipton and Cleckheaton)
