HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Equals One Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our HR function, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including updating policies and procedures, dealing with first-line queries, and processing leavers.
- Administer the holiday software system, Action Time Connected, and manage letters for disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
- Complete necessary administration for payroll and support the reward and wellbeing strategies.
- Support with the writing and sending of the employee satisfaction survey and work closely with the H&S Coordinator.
- Post job adverts, manage applications, and coordinate interviews where needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Experience in a SME environment.
- CIPD Level 3 desirable.
- Valid UK Licence.
- Ability to work across both sites (Skipton and Cleckheaton).
