Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Caremark Ltd. This role is responsible for supervising a team of care assistants, ensuring they provide the highest standards of care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the needs of new clients and conducting risk assessments.
  • Providing practical training to new care assistants in clients' homes.
  • Maintaining accurate records of care services provided to clients, adhering to Caremark's standards.

In addition, the Field Care Supervisor will be required to cover care visits when they cannot be undertaken by a care assistant.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A good basic education and a minimum Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care (Level 3 preferred).
  • At least 3 years' experience in care provision and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer literacy, with experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Good English language skills.

You will also need to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and live within the London Borough of Wandsworth or nearby.

Benefits

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. You will be on call for a week at a time, which can result in up to 9 additional holiday days per year. The annual salary for this role is £26,000 - £28,000, depending on experience. Other benefits include:

  • 20 days' holiday per annum, plus 8 bank holidays.
