Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Caremark Ltd in the London Borough of Wandsworth. This is a full-time opportunity that requires excellent leadership and communication skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of care assistants, ensuring they provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, providing practical training to new care assistants, and maintaining accurate records of care services provided.

Requirements:

  • Good basic education and minimum Level 2 in Health and Social Care (Level 3 preferred)
  • 3 years' care provision and 1 year's supervisory experience
  • Good English language skills, both oral and written
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office experience
  • Good communication skills: able to engage effectively in a friendly professional manner with anyone
  • Livability within the London Borough of Wandsworth or close by
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19

What We Offer:

As a Field Care Supervisor with Caremark Ltd, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include 20 days holiday pa plus 8 days bank holidays plus up to 9 days holiday pa for on call, overtime, contributory pension, a discretionary bonus scheme, and a commitment to your professional development/training.
