Mental Health Practitioner for Children and Young People

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in delivering evidence-based early interventions for children and young people in both educational settings and the community.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Mental Health Practitioner with experience of working with children and young people's mental health and emotional wellbeing services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based early interventions for children and young people in both educational settings and the community
- Work closely with children, young people, families, and educational settings to develop and implement mental health support plans
- Conduct mental health assessments and provide practice supervision and support
- Provide specialist care directly to children and young people and families
- Network with other agencies to ensure effective collaboration and support
- Qualified Mental Health Practitioner with experience of working with children and young people's mental health and emotional wellbeing services
- Experience of delivering specific therapeutic interventions to children, young people, or their families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full driving licence and access to own transport
- 27 days holiday + bank holidays, rising to 32 days over time
