About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in delivering evidence-based early interventions for children and young people in both educational settings and the community.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people, and to develop your career in mental health support.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Mental Health Practitioner with experience of working with children and young people's mental health and emotional wellbeing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based early interventions for children and young people in both educational settings and the community
  • Work closely with children, young people, families, and educational settings to develop and implement mental health support plans
  • Conduct mental health assessments and provide practice supervision and support
  • Provide specialist care directly to children and young people and families
  • Network with other agencies to ensure effective collaboration and support
Requirements
  • Qualified Mental Health Practitioner with experience of working with children and young people's mental health and emotional wellbeing services
  • Experience of delivering specific therapeutic interventions to children, young people, or their families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full driving licence and access to own transport
