About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in delivering evidence-based early interventions for children and young people. The successful candidate will have experience of working with children and young people's mental health and emotional wellbeing services.

This role is a real opportunity to help shape the services we provide with children, young people, families, and educational settings and to develop your career in mental health support to children, young people, and families.

The Compass Bloom MHST service delivers evidenced-based interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health needs. It is part of the MHST Programme, which has been commissioned following the 'Transforming Children and Young People's Mental Health Care Provision' initiative.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills and be able to network with other agencies as central to the role. You must possess a full driving licence and have access to your own transport.
