About the Role
We are recruiting for a Therapy Support Professional to join our team at Aspris. This role involves working closely with young people who require support with sensory integration and occupational therapy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with young people effectively and demonstrate empathy and understanding.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess the needs of young people and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapeutic work to support staff in implementing strategies
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Monitor progress, report on outcomes, and make recommendations for improvement

**Essential Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience working with young people with autism and severe learning disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with young people effectively, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
